Our team provides a global support solution to the Ministry of Defence, specifically, we employ some personnel (Operators and Maintainers) on a special Whole Force Approach (Personnel) contract which requires individuals to sign up as a special member of the Army Reserve with a legal obligation to undertake military training and accept call-out as a member of the Armed Forces.

Due to the specialist nature of these roles, recruitment was proving difficult until we engaged the services of Clemtech. The team have worked their magic to find suitably qualified and interested candidates to ensure we meet our contractual requirements with the MOD.
