Operations Administrator                                                                      Eastleigh

 

A successful company who have been established since 2001 are seeing and Administrator to join their team due to growth and increased workload.

 

As Operations Administrator you will be involved in;

  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Assist with stock movements
  • Scheduling engineers work
  • Supplier invoice processing
  • Communicating with Suppliers and clients whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Involved in various ad hoc projects

To be considered for the role you will;

  • Have good attention to detail and have great organisational skills
  • Good people skills and customer service
  • Good knowledge of planning and multi tasking
  • You’ll be competent with MS Office tools to include Excel

 

The role is based in the company offices in Eastleigh and offers salary circa £28,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension, Healthcare, Employee Assistance programme, Gym membership contribution and other great benefits
