Operations Administrator Eastleigh
A successful company who have been established since 2001 are seeing and Administrator to join their team due to growth and increased workload.
As Operations Administrator you will be involved in;
- Raising Purchase orders
- Assist with stock movements
- Scheduling engineers work
- Supplier invoice processing
- Communicating with Suppliers and clients whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
- Involved in various ad hoc projects
To be considered for the role you will;
- Have good attention to detail and have great organisational skills
- Good people skills and customer service
- Good knowledge of planning and multi tasking
- You’ll be competent with MS Office tools to include Excel
The role is based in the company offices in Eastleigh and offers salary circa £28,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension, Healthcare, Employee Assistance programme, Gym membership contribution and other great benefits
