Maintenance Electrician

We have various opportunities for Electrician’s to be based in either Gosport or Portsmouth on a Permanent basis.

As an Electrician you will perform reactive and preventative, trade-related duties meet and exceed contractual obligations with clients across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.

Involved in the following;

• Lighting and power repairs / replacements (domestic, commercial and industrial).
• Emergency light testing and repairing / upgrading.
• Power fault investigation / repair and resetting.
• Asset replacement – pumps, fans, motors, controls.
• Single and Three phase working.
• Generator testing.
• HVAC asset maintenance
• Limited BMS control works.
• EICR remedial works
• Inspection and Testing works following remedial work and limited EICR work.
• PPM to electrical assets throughout the estates.

Skills required;

• Electrical maintenance background working as an Electrician or similar
• NVQ Level 3 qualification along with 18^th Edition

The role is working Monday to Friday salary offered is £35,000 - £42, 000.  Candidates will be required to go through security clearance and DBS checks.
