Christmas and New Year Timesheet Deadlines & Payment Dates 2022

We would like to make you aware of the arrangements for Timesheet Deadlines and BACS Payments over the 2022 Christmas and New Year Period.

Please can you ensure that you meet the following Timesheet Deadlines:

• Timesheets for Weekending 25/12/2022 – Please note timesheet deadline

Please ensure all authorised timesheets for W/e 25/12/2022 are received at payroll@clemtech.co.uk / approved on iTIro by 10:00am on Wednesday 28^th December 2022 and the funds will be cleared into your designated Bank Account on Friday 30^th December 2022.

• Timesheets for Weekending 01/01/2023

Please ensure all authorised timesheets for W/e 01/01/2023 are received at payroll@clemtech.co.uk / approved on iTiro by the normal deadline of Midday on Tuesday 3^rd January 2023 and the funds will be cleared into your designated Bank Account on Friday 6^th January 2023.

If you are not responsible for sending your own Timesheet, then please ensure that the person who is responsible is aware of the deadlines.

It will not be possible to notify you of any timesheets not received due to the time restrictions. Late timesheets will be paid the following week.

If you are paid via an Umbrella Company, you may wish to contact them directly for your payment dates in order to plan your finances over the Christmas Period.
