Christmas and New Year Timesheet Deadlines & Payment Dates 2020

We would like to make you aware of the arrangements for Timesheet Deadlines and BACS Payments over the 2020 Christmas and New Year Period.

Please can you ensure that you meet the following Timesheet Deadlines:

• Timesheets for Week-ending 20/12/2020 – Please note payment Date

Please ensure all authorised timesheets for W/e 20/12/2020 are received in the Clemtech Office by 12 noon on Monday 21^st December 2020 and the funds will be cleared into your designated Limited/Umbrella Company’s Bank Account on Thursday 24^th December 2020.

• Timesheets for Week-ending 27/12/2020 – Please note payment Date

Please ensure all authorised timesheets for W/e 27/12/2020 are received in the Clemtech Office by 5pm on Monday 28^th December 2020 and the funds will be cleared into your designated Limited/Umbrella Company’s Bank Account on Thursday 31^st December 2020.

If you are not responsible for sending your own Timesheet, then please ensure that the person who is responsible is aware of the deadlines.

It will not be possible to notify you of any timesheets not received due to the time restrictions. Late timesheets will be paid the following week.

If you are paid via an Umbrella Company, you may wish to contact them directly for your payment dates in order to plan your finances over the Christmas Period.
