Client Journey

We understand the challenges faced by our clients in the rail industry and have evolved all our processes to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained from initial enquiry through to delivery and beyond. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is ISO 9001: 2008 certified and rather than simply being a tick box exercise it is at the very heart of our business ensuring continual evolution and process improvement.

As high-quality rail recruitment and rail project management company, we’re constantly looking for brand new ways to improve the journey our clients take with us. We’ve been recruitment solution experts for over 20 years, which means our approach to recruitment and the recruitment process has changed over time. However, our railway recruitment services are why our clients return to us time and time again.

1

Discovery

From single requirements through to large scale projects, we collaborate with our clients to properly understand their labour needs, whether that be temporary or permanent, and map out a clear and concise delivery plan. In this way we ensure compliance to relevant Railway Group Standards and prevailing legislation, offering a compliant solution that mitigates risk and allows our clients to concentrate on their core business and train operations whilst we take care of the labour requirement(s).

2

Proposal

Once we’ve jointly understood the requirement and agreed the most suitable delivery, we collate the detail and present a bespoke proposal for client review. Any revisions or adjustments to scope can be made at this stage ensuring accuracy from the outset through to delivery and invoicing.

3

Instructions

Upon receipt of client instructions to proceed, the process of delivery begins within the pre-agreed timescales. Our clients have entrusted us with providing a service and the full resources of the company are available to safeguard that commitment to your railway project.

4

Delivery

Depending on the pre-selection criteria agreed with the client, resourcing is mobilised which can include (but is not limited to) running assessment centres, trade test papers, ISV testing, referencing, competency assessment, compliance legislation, Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening, all of which are fully documented and auditable.

5

Post Delivery

Once the labour requirement has been delivered, our rail team will continue to support our clients by fulfilling and surpassing our joint duty of care Health & Safety obligations including site & welfare inspections, worker reviews and where necessary assisting with risk and competency assessments.

6

Feedback

Client & Candidate satisfaction is fundamental to ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained and we actively encourage feedback; in combination with regular communication and quarterly reviews we also recognise that time is precious so have embraced the use of online Surveys, an efficient and effective method of receiving invaluable feedback. Again, this is not simply a tick box exercise, comments are reviewed and where appropriate acted upon. If there are opportunities to enhance the client or candidate experience, then these will be identified and used to drive continuous improvement.
