  • Resource required skillsets and preselect temporary workers through an agreed assessment centre format including competency specific interview and administering appropriate trade-specific test papers e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Vehicle Builder, Tester
  • Arrange Occupational Health screenings for all temporary workers, specifically Network Rail PTS Medical and Drug & Alcohol certification
  • On-boarding and integration of circa 20+ temporary workers per week to meet contractual obligations and avoid incurring liquidated damage clauses from South Western Railway
