The organisation offers support 24/7 over 365 days a year so you will be required to work a varied and flexible shift pattern.

This is an office based role monitoring wireless bandwidth activity and taking steps to troubleshoot solve and escalate issues as required.

You will also be needed to

Assist customers with technical support and reports
Guide and support customers and end users
Carry out occasional site visits to troubleshoot and replace hardware, if required
Offer technical support to customers both over the phone, via live chat and email
Guide end users through technical issues and configurations
Work in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time
Work a flexible shift pattern as part of a global support desk
