Clemtech are currently seeking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to work within our clients Purchasing team.
Salary from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum
The Purchasing Administrator is required to provide purchasing/administrative support to the Purchasing Team, manage supplier files, associated documentation and subsequent workflows.
This position will report to the Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain
The role will be to provide support to Procurement team
Approving and raising indirect purchase orders based on workflows and approval process
Ensuring relevant documentation is attached to requisitions and compliance with process
Releasing spares orders in line with lead time and managing delivery of these
Support the management of purchase orders with suppliers- expediting, rescheduling and gaining confirmations.
Escalate any queries or issues to the relevant team-member.
Communicating with all departments with any potential issues which may result in customer's orders being late
Support finance and procurement with any queries and amending system accordingly
General administration within procurement team
