Office / phone based support role for a I.T. Technical Account Manager with excellent phone based and face to face customer service skills supported with a knowledge of Information Technology, such as Wi Fi, Linux or Networking systems experience.

Starting salary band for this job is from £25,000 per annum to £27,500 per annum depending on experience plus benefits such as

This is an office based role with the responsibility to keep the provided solutions functioning and being proactive when it comes to identifying trends and faults as well as having regular customer account and multiple stakeholder management meetings to carry out service reviews to KPIs and support any performance improvements.

This job is within 1 hours drive of Bexleyheath, Bromley, Chatham, Croydon, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, London, Maidstone, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Sidcup, Strood, Tonbridge, and Welling this role will give you the opportunity to travel within UK and rest of Europe when required
