Sectors

The name Clemtech is synonymous with the Rail Sector – Clients and Candidates alike tell us they use the services Clemtech provide on the basis of the experience, knowledge and reputation that Clemtech have acquired during their time supporting the sector.

Through being primarily associated with providing recruitment services for the Rolling Stock division within the Rail sector our success in the sector has enabled us to have access to other opportunities with many of our Clients within Engineering and Infrastructure sectors of their business.

Often the rare skill-sets that we identify for our clients are transferable from sector to sector, we work closely with our clients to ensure they have access to this talent pool. By sharing this talent pool we find we can reduce the placement timescales and improve the recruitment processes.      

We have added the Oxford Sector to our operation this Section concentrates on supporting a number of Blue Chip Clients with Commercial, Engineering and Technical vacancies. We have been able to use these new sectors to increase our access to additional rare skill-sets which gives our clients a wider choice of candidate for their businesses.
