Sales Manager
A highly experienced Sales Manager is needed for a growing internet based business in Oxford to lead, coach and develop a successful team of 10-15.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and organise a team efficiently and effectively to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls and emails.
*Identify areas where the sales process and skills can be improved and implement change as required
*Achieve specific service and revenue goals to achieve customer retention and to win back lost clients
*Track and report on Key performance indicators and be able to use this data to predict and improve results
*Design and deliver a work environment that rewards achievement and maintains a positive and effective sales culture, focusing on improving the work-rate of the team and developing effective sales techniques to deliver revenue to and beyond agreed targets.
Key Skills & Experience
*2+ year’s proven experience in a managerial sales role
*Experience of working in an online / e-business
*Demonstrate strong sales leadership skills
*Ability to motivate and keep a team energised
*Be able to direct and measure productivity
*Have the ability to make tough decisions when necessary.
*Demonstrate an aptitude in interpreting sales data in order to identify areas for improvement
*Proven experience in establishing and developing long-term relationships with customers and clients.
*Native level English along with another European Language would be beneficial.
