Lettings Manager / Negotiator
An industry professional with impeccable presentation and proven customer service and communication skills is needed for a prestigious lettings company in Oxfordshire to let a portfolio of properties.
You will be of graduate calibre with proven lettings experience and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills. You will need proven face – face customer service experience and be able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
You will be responsible for:
* Screening and matching applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating terms and closing the Let.
* You will have previous sales experience and will work to agreed sales targets and key business objectives.
* The role will require you to nurture and develop new business opportunities and contacts within local business community to facilitate letting of the portfolio.
* Manage the relationship with the landlord, maintaining contact at all times
* Carry out and check all tenancy documentation and related information including the booking of inventory and check-in’s.
You will need a full and clean UK driving licence and be based in the Oxfordshire area. This is a career position and excellent, ongoing training will be provided.
