Many of the sectors that we work in are highly regulated such as the Rail Industry. In this specialist area we have developed a highly efficient and streamlined set of policies, processes and procedures that support the services we provide.

These processes enable us to manage our duty of care responsibilities, we have trained people who undertake our site and office assessments to ensure that any areas of risk are identified and removed.

Our site operations team are responsible for our site inspection processes, candidate reviews, health & safety in the work place and any accident, incident and near miss investigations. Away from site the recruitment legislation is constantly evolving; a demonstration of this would be with the implementation of the Agency Workers Regulations that have come into effect from 1st October 2011. To ensure our clients and candidates receive the most up to date and informed advice our consultants undergo training from the REC to ensure we can offer guidance as part of our service.
