The Company operates a Quality & Rail Management System for its technical recruitment agency activities that meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008, Link–Up Protocols, Recruitment Industry legislation and all relevant legislation.

Regular auditing of procedures and processes and identification of corrective actions are key elements for continual improvement to the System.

Prime objectives of this quality system are to enhance customer satisfaction, where customers include both client organizations and candidates, to ensure Suppliers meet the requirements set out, to encourage Clemtech employee training and personal development and to identify and implement continuous improvement in all areas.
